"The engineering on your 650 KLR motorcycles appears to be excellent---except for your kick stands. Two modifications I would recommend are (1) shorten the kick stand by at least 0.5 inch. I find it very aggravating looking for a suitable spot to park my bike that will not allow the bike to fall over to the right side. On a recent dual-sport trip my bike fell over three times all by its self, and (2) add a small "spike" to the kick stand that will improve finding the kick stand with the foot."Chuck Galloway | Elko, NV

"Just wanted to share a real good experience. I don't live near Hayward,visiting with mom from monterey bay. I've wanted a scooter to run around the harbor on - stopped in to check out a Honda scooter. Great - easy going - fully answered all my questions- the young man was up on his game!! Great service - Best price from the monterey bay to hayward, serviced the scooter while I waited,the tech who worked on the scooter treated me like a spent a bundle, the crew I dealt with were very friendly and served me very well. "April 29th 2013 I brought my bike in for a Fuel Injection dash board service light issue. It was a Monday and I thought it would be a couple days before a service tec could even look at it. Joe Souza the Service Tech said that if possible he would have someone look at it. He and his tec had it fixed thesame day!! I could not pick up my bike till May 4th. It was sitting their for 5 days. Joe Souza had his assistant Kevin wash my bike for me before pick up. Is that great service or what? This service was over the top as far as I'm concered. 5 Stars!!! Thanks Joe Souza and your great crew. You guy's are awesome. "In Feb 2013, I was shopping for a Suzuki Boulevard M109r. I came to this dealership after searching the internet and pleasantly suprised to see that salespeople and managers were very cordial and welcoming. They had nice 2008 M109r on the floor that caught my interest and were more than willing to work with me on the price. "I just picked my bike up from service. I own a 2000 yamaha r1000 (CLEAN)!! I had 520 sprocket con. kit installed, brand new tires, axle and bearings and a FULL service tune~up. Bryan Weckiewicz was the master tech. that worked his magic!! My bike runs sooooooo damn good! He is the man to see, i dont care what the hell you ride.This magician knows whats up. "I recently purchased the Can-Am Spyder from East Bay Motorsports. My experience has been wonderful every step of the way. "I just have to say that we bought a Spyder on Sat (Memorial Day weekend) everything was going well until today. My husband was gettig use to it so he could drive it to work for mileage factor and he wanted a toy. We couldn't drive it home so the owner (Phil) and Tyler brought it to our house. Dennis drove it all dayy on Sunday geting use to it and then he went out on MOnday iand it wouldn' start at all. I called Calle (the Finance Manager) at home and she got right on it. Within minutes we had Phil, Sean and someone else calling us. Calle is the one that made all the call all day and by early afternoon we had Sean here and he got it going for us. It had a blown fuze. I just cain't thank them all enough to take their time out of a Holiday weekend and help us like they did. Calle, I thank you so much and Phil, and Sean. It was an toghter team and they made it happen. e are now happy very happy. Dennis can drive it to work tommorrow and I would recommend anyone to this dealership. They did over and above to us very happy and to be able to do what we st out to do when we bought it. "My first experience with East Bay Motorsports didn't end with any purchases. I went in to sit on several bikes and ask questions about a bike for a new rider. The guys on the floor were informative and didn't pressure me into buying anything, which made being in a dealership much more comfortable. This last time, I needed both tires changed. After a 15-minute phone call, the tires were ordered and an appointment (for the next day!) was set up. I waited in the showroom for about 1.5 hours, looking at their awesome gear selection and (of course) sitting on sweet 2009/10 models. Price estimations were accurate and I spent less than expected. In addition to balancing and mounting my tires, they cleaned and lubed my chain, tweaked my idle and suggested a front brake pad change (which I will be going back for in a couple of weeks). "My and I were interested in purchasing bikes, him making the actual purchase and me getting an idea of what I want and need for safety. Paul Conner was the guy that helped us when we stepped in, he saw us standing there looking around and he approached us with a very friend vibe. Asked us some questions, and helped us make up our minds. He was very knowledgeable. He even helped us with the gear, and told us stories about his experiences, and most importantly, there was ZERO sales pressure from him at all. Most definitely recommend going in there and asking for Paul Conner. Overall it was a great experience, very clean and organized, very friendly, that lady at the safety gear corner is ALSO very kind and helpful. "One of the easiest and most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. Called in to inquire about purchasing (2) Yamaha WR250F's at a certain price and spoke with Dave (Sales Manager). I was on the phone less than 5 minutes and had a great price and we agreed that I would pick them up the next day. Arrived mid day and the place was swamped with customers, but Dave immediately helped us out and set us up with one of the sales reps, Marty, to get the process done. They both answered any of our questions quickly and professionally and had us taken care of in about an hour total time from start to finish. I have to say this is one of the most laid back and professional dealerships I have been in. Everytime I turned around I had one of the sales staff asking me if I was ok and had any questions that needed answering.
